Born and raised in Silverstone to a small mining family, Orrin branched out to join the Scouts.  He has since demonstrated tremendous talent, becoming one of their highest ranking members.

Orrin is often quiet and tends to keep to himself, but when he interacts with others he is affable and agreeable.  He prefers open spaces and small groups, feeling easily overwhelmed when he is crowded and observed.
